Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, coach and manage a team of test engineers working on new product test development and test cost reduction activities on the ATE
- Innovation in test engineering to improve test efficiency and test development cycle time
- Responsible for development of product test plans, schedules, allocation of resources, and project tracking and execution
- Work with cross functional teams to develop test development strategy that meets product requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in developing ATE test hardware and software for Final Test or Wafer Probe
- Strong leadership skills with good execution track record
- Knowledgeable in analog, mixed signal, and digital IC test methods and tools
- Experience with ETS-88/ETS-364 testers
