About the role
We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the technical direction of a fast-growing SaaS company. In this role, you'll lead complex engineering initiatives, drive architectural decisions across multiple teams, and influence technical strategy at an organizational level.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership stakeholders to solve challenging technical problems, improve platform scalability, and help elevate engineering standards across the company. Your main responsibilities will be:
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale software initiatives.
