I make sure every button, form, and flow in our product actually works together – and that the teams behind them do too.

What you will really be doing

• Lead the evolution of our design system from a component library to a governed product with clear standards, tooling, and measurable quality.
• Implement AI best‑practices to make the design system AI‑powered.
• Work hands‑on in React – building, refactoring, and improving components in both code and Figma.
• Define and document guidelines, best practices, and ADRs that other teams can understand, trust, and implement.
• Establish governance mechanisms and maturity reporting for accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across teams.
• Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to align on standards – building relationships that create buy‑in rather than resistance.
