+ Design, develop, and maintain **batch processing applications using Spring Batch**
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to understand data processing requirements
+ Develop high-performance and scalable **ETL/data processing pipelines**
+ Optimize batch jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability
+ Handle **large volume data processing** , scheduling, and monitoring
