Job Title: Staff Scientist In Vitro ADMEJob Description
The Staff Scientist In Vitro ADME will take on key responsibilities in the scheduling, conduct, analysis, archiving, and reporting of weekly in vitro screening assays. These include metabolic intrinsic clearance, CYP450 inhibition, and CYP450 reaction phenotyping studies.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct weekly discovery stage screening high throughput in vitro ADME assays, such as intrinsic clearance, protein and tissue binding, CYP450 inhibition, CYP450 reaction phenotyping, and whole blood stability.
+ Perform routine laboratory tasks, including reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
+ Analyze, record, and archive data under appropriate supervision; prepare summary documents and report data as needed.

+ Experience with biochemical assays, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, DMPK, and ADME.
