Job Description
PSG Power Products & Test Development Engineer
Responsibilities
- Work together with Product Engineering team and manufacturing test engineering team to support new product development and its smooth transition to mass production in multiple manufacturing sites.
- Develop and implement test software & hardware for high voltage, high power semiconductor module and discrete, primarily in the area of final test
- Develop test coverage to ensure no test escapees
- Lead engineer for test solution implementation in mass production
- Perform product characterization
- Support customer related activities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics.
- Good oral and written English language.
- At least 5 years hands‑on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering. Experienced in high power semiconductor is preferred.
