Our north star is 3x Developer Velocity: measurably tripling the speed at which developers move from idea to production — not through incremental tooling improvements, but through a fundamental shift to AI-native, Done-For-You platform experiences.
We're looking for a Staff PM who can operate at the intersection of strategy and execution across multiple platform layers simultaneously — infrastructure, operational intelligence, developer tooling, and production reliability. You won't just define what gets built. You'll shape how PDX thinks about AI-native platform design, define the measurement frameworks that show up in company-wide goal reporting, and move 8,000 developers faster by changing the platform beneath them.
