As the Staff Product Manager, AI Agent Orchestration Platform at GitLab you will help define how intelligent agents work across our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will focus on the core agent orchestration platform, shaping product direction for foundational capabilities such as agent context, agent memory, background agents, and orchestration workflows. This role sits at the core of GitLab’s future of human-agent collaboration and creates experiences useful, reliable, and scalable for technical users. You will work with a high degree of latitude while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and cross‑functional stakeholders to turn complex AI platform needs into clear product direction. You will balance strategic thinking with execution and help teams make sound choices about platform capabilities to enable agentic experiences across GitLab.
