Job Summary
The Staff Product Engineer, Lifecycle Engineering supports margin improvement and sustaining activities for Semtech products, from production release to end of life, across a diverse range of markets, processes, technologies, and requirements. Location
Burlington, Canada. Responsibilities
Production Support & Quality Management (50%)
First point of contact for RMA/FA/customer requests handling, and SAP updates for yield/test times. Manage production products disposition/NCMRs. Coordinate and complete all Product Engineering deliverables during qualifications, production transfers, and capacity ramp-ups. Coordinate manufacturing documentation for production transfer and product maintenance. Maintain product data and COGs in the existing management systems.
Yield & Test Optimization (25%)
Understand and implement yield and quality process improvements. Perform capability analysis, margin analysis, correlation studies and y...
