Job Description

Position Summary:

Provides advanced direct medication distribution, clinical leadership, and specialized pharmacy services across assigned inpatient and outpatient service areas. Serves as a subject matter expert within an area of board certification while leading quality improvement initiatives, clinical optimization projects, and best practice development at the departmental level. Partners with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient safety, antimicrobial stewardship, transitions of care, and evidence-based pharmacy practice. Mentors and supports the development of Staff Pharmacists to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.


Qualifications:

Required:

+ Bachelor of Science or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).

+ Current Montana Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.

+ Current Board Certification (e.g. BCIDP, BCOP, BCPPS, BCACP).
