Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer specializing in machining operations to lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes. This senior-level position will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, and provide technical leadership across machining operations.
What your background should look like Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with focus on machining processes • Proven experience with CNC machining operations (screw machine, milling, turning) Technical Skills Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Solid Works, Mastercam, Esprit or similar) Strong knowledge of machining parameters, tooling selection, and fixture design Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems Familiarity with lean manuf...
