Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer specializing in machining operations to lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes. This senior-level position will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, and provide technical leadership across machining operations.
What your background should look like Education & Experience- • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with focus on machining processes
- • Proven experience with CNC machining operations (screw machine, milling, turning)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, Esprit or similar)
