Staff Frontend Engineers (React / Next.Js) We're looking for an experienced Front End Architect / Staff engineer to guide and support our frontend team as we build modern, high-performance web applications.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performant software.
What you'll do: Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of frontend features using React, Next.Js, and modern Java Script/Type Script.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices (e.G., SOLID principles, clean code, maintainable architecture).
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor engineers to support their growth.
