Staff Engineer / Technical Lead (Python C++) Bicester / WFH to £80k

As a Staff Engineer / Technical Lead you will take ownership of the technology strategy, architecture and software platforms, shaping the future of the engineering function, influencing key business decisions and building a high performing team around you whilst remaining hands-on with technology and product delivery.
Collaborating with senior leadership, you will define the technical roadmap, make key architectural decisions and drive the adoption of modern engineering practices across the organisation.
