Work Flexibility: OnsiteActs as liaison between marketing, customers/end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate high-level requests into detailed design. Gathers and establishes business requirements from customer-specific engagements, market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholders. Analyzes feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements; ensures system design fits user needs. Defines and documents business functions/processes in BRD, FSD, SRS from user stories, reports, prototypes, and workflow diagrams.
