Job Description
Responsibilities
- Initiate/lead yield and quality improvement programs
- Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
- Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation, problem identification and fast feedback
- Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS to resolve
- Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies
- To monitor and work with PI/UPE to ensure stability of product parameters
- Support Production tools releases (PCRB)
- Lead/support Technology Synchronization
- Support technology FMEA
- Deviation management – fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion
- Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics
