Core Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of reliable Java microservices for finance core and reconciliation. Define and enforce engineering standards, acting as the technical bar‑raiser for the group. Drive automation to reduce manual reviews and errors, continuously optimizing workflows. Mentor teammates via code/design reviews and knowledge‑sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software development with Java SE and frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservice architectures and a strong knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
