Software Engineer – Security Intelligence
Lookout is a cybersecurity leader delivering advanced protection focused on human error and manipulation. The Security Intelligence team develops detection engines, analysis systems, and other core intellectual property for the Lookout platform.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will contribute to the detection engines, analysis systems, and other core intellectual property that underlies Lookout’s personal and enterprise products.
Responsibilities
- Enable threat hunting for state‑level security actors and their infrastructure.
- Support the processing of continuously acquired Android and iOS applications.
- Identify components and functionality of mobile applications to determine their behavior and evaluate possible privacy risks.
- Invent new app‑analysis techniques, engines, and domain‑specific languages.
- Participate in hackathons and innovation fairs.
