Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the financial administration of active construction projects in Tampa, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance accounting accuracy with strong coordination across project and finance teams. The role will contribute to billing, cost tracking, reconciliations, and reporting activities that help keep project finances organized, timely, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the setup and ongoing maintenance of project records within accounting platforms, including CMiC and related internal systems.
• Contribute to month-end job cost analysis by gathering data, reviewing project financial activity, and helping prepare routine reporting.
