Description We are looking for a detail-focused Staff Accountant to join our team in a contract-to-permanent role. The role will contribute to accurate financial operations across multiple entities while helping improve consistency, controls, and accounting processes.

• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities by preparing entries, recording accruals, and completing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger for multiple business units and support the delivery of reliable internal financial reports and statements.
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice review, customer billing, payment application, collections follow-up, and vendor disbursements.
