Full-time Financial Specialists

Job Title: Staff Accountant (3-6 Years Experience)

Schedule: Central time zone preferred; Eastern is okay as well

Duration3 to 6 months with possible extensions

Fulltime contract 40 hours per week/8 hours per day

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger (GL) accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
