This Contract position will play a key role in evaluating financial records, improving accuracy across accounting data, and strengthening the integrity of reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise, and the ability to work independently with sensitive financial information.
Responsibilities:
• Examine financial activity tied to the fiscal year-end period to confirm entries are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
• Detect transactions posted to incorrect accounts and recommend appropriate adjustments to improve ledger accuracy.
• Research unusual or conflicting accounting activity and resolve discrepancies through detailed follow-up and analysis.
