In this role you will operate and evolve ADP’s SAP platform that supports GlobalView for multinational payroll and HR clients. As an SME, you’ll drive performance, availability, and scalability across enterprise systems while mentoring teams and guiding infrastructure decisions. You’ll balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on problem solving, from capacity planning to resolving critical production incidents. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure with evolving requirements, ensuring platform stability and innovation.
