Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide active support in the maintenance, monitoring, operation, and improvement of solutions.
- Monitor the processing workflow (fiscal documents).
- Identify and resolve questions, requests, or incidents.
- Assist with validation of releases provided by development in the test environment.
- Publish articles to the knowledge base.
- Plan and perform system updates in the Cloud environment.
- Monitor SQL database maintenance routines and assess their performance.
- Lead and participate in daily stand-ups with operational teams.
- Manage access control for users authorized to provide support.
