Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality English‑to‑French and French‑to‑English translation, proofreading, revision, and adaptation of a wide range of materials produced by the Customer Experience (CX) & Marketing department for World Financial Group. The position ensures linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency across all French‑language communications, particularly for Quebec audiences.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely translations from English to French and French to English for a variety of content types, including marketing materials, sales tools, market commentaries, PowerPoint presentations, press releases, legal documents, member communications, and other corporate content.
• Adapt and localize content to ensure cultural appropriateness, clarity, and compliance with Quebec language standards while preserving the brand voice.
