Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead test activities to ensure product quality
- Design, develop, and support functional and non-functional test cases
- Define test scope, test plans, metrics, and environment setup
- Manage test execution, review reports, and recommend product or design changes
- Contribute to internal quality control standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on testing procedures and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of testing concepts, standards, and Agile methodology
- Hands‑on automation testing experience and automation strategy implementation
- Experience building large-scale automation frameworks
- Selenium experience with Java or Python scripting
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools
