**Rate of Pay:** $180,000 to $220,000 per Year

**Duties:** Partner with multiple teams within Uber HR and IT Engineering to structure and drive a wide range of sophisticated cross-team technical initiatives. Responsible for the problem space, work closely with diverse business and engineering leads to conceptualize solutions, organize/align multiple engineering teams for delivery, and drive execution.
