Job Description
Key accountability:
+ Directly liaise with customers and business users to analyze requirements for solutions and technology in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction
+ Provide ongoing ICT support, such as IT network and system, for the operations team to align with strategic objectives for digital transformation and ensure seamless technology integration
+ Share ICT trends and industry best practices with other professionals and customers to promote continuous improvement
+ Lead the planning and execution of Connected Service projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer requirements
+ Investigate and analyze on building trend data, identify issues, and work to provide solutions for our customersβ challenges using Connected Services, such as Forge, BPS, and other relevant technologies.
