Job Description
What You Will Do
- Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX, select and define appropriate cutting tools for various machining operations, and create detailed setup guides to support efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.
- Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to develop accurate and efficient CNC machining programs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, ensuring product quality and adherence to tight tolerances.
- Continuously improve machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
- Work within a team to achieve departmental and business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to the shop floor.
