RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and operate network management technologies in accordance with industry best practices. Monitor network performance, adjust alerting and notifications, and participate in incident response. Work closely with enterprise and field networking teams to ensure environments are fully monitored and managed. Design and implement components of a network fabric visibility strategy. Create and maintain documentation on architecture and process. Mentor, educate, and help drive development of network teams and Network Operations Center. Use automation and integration tools to interface with other teams and systems. Participate in on-call rotation. Ability to travel occasionally. Adhere to ITIL framework for service management. Skills and Requirements Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Cisco CCNP certification preferred 7 years of Cisco switching and routing experience on both IOS and Nexus platforms, in an enterpr...
