Job Purpose

This role is critical to the company’s business objectives. It combines individual technical expertise with staff management to plan, organize, promote and achieve budgeted growth of the aftermarket service business in rotor balancing. Responsibilities include functional management of the team, preparation and completion of the balancing process, leadership, autonomous work, and delivery of comprehensive technical reports.
