Job Description

Fully interact with the site sourcing, supplier quality engineering (SQE) and buyer to identify supplier development opportunities and define programs that optimize supplier performance. Actively drive productivity, working capital, lead time reduction, hedging, eSourcing and other key activities required to maximize the financial contribution. Supporting Sourcing Metrics analysis to facilitate each Commodity’s AOP achievement and strategy deployment.

Support Commodity manager to build and execute commodity strategies

  • Conduct the market researches to understand supply market dynamics and provide market insights
  • Develop commodity strategy for plastic to align with business strategy.
  • Sponsor cross-function teamwork in order to effectively execute commodity strategies
