Senior Strategic Resource Advisor – responsible for leading IT workforce planning and resourcing by integrating demand forecasting, supply/demand tracking, Service Now resource management, and the skills framework, while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to provide governance‑aligned, data‑driven recommendations that optimize staffing for current operations and new technology initiatives.
