Sr. STIBO Engineer (Support Executive)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Start Date: Immediately Duration: 6 months (Contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior STIBO Engineer to join our AMS team in Amsterdam. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing Sligro's Master Data Platform using STIBO STEP applications. As a senior engineer, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding and mentoring developers and support engineers while ensuring delivery excellence across ITSM and DevSecOps KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance STIBO STEP applications within the AMS team.
- Guide and mentor STIBO STEP developers and support engineers.
- Act as SME for the Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
- Drive delivery KPIs (SLA, MTTR, incident reduction, escalation management).
