Job Description
Our Sr. Staff Platform Engineer Leads the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise platform infrastructure, enabling secure, scalable, and highly available environments while driving automation, DevOps best practices, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises platform infrastructure, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Architect, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and platform automation to enable reliable software delivery.
- Deploy, administer, and optimize Kubernetes, OpenShift, IBM Cloud Paks, Confluent, Elasticsearch, and related platform technologies.
- Define and enhance platform observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, capacity planning, and proactive performance optimization.
