Back Office Consultant – Calypso
We’re looking for a Back Office Consultant to join our Fintech team, reporting to the Back Office Consulting Manager. In this role you’ll help shape how we support clients in optimizing their back office operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable solutions through the implementation of Nasdaq Calypso.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve clients’ back office processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Support the implementation and configuration of Calypso, ensuring systems are integrated and working as intended.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver training, support, and best practices for back office operations.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, including occasional on‑site engagement, to address questions and resolve issues.
- Ensure back office activities align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
