• oDecide sourcing execution approach, including bid vs. negotiate and supplier selection
• .Lead RFQs, supplier negotiations, and business awards
• .Approve costs within merchant guardrails
• .Own and optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits
• .Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment
