Urgent requirement ofSr. Software Engineer - Perm/Contract - Sydney Requirements Proficient in Microsoft technologies Office and Microsoft 365, Windows desktop, and server OSes Experience with utilizing ServiceNow ( ITSM or ticketing system ) Methodical troubleshooting and diagnosis skills, and ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while consistently maintaining attention to details Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and accomplish tasks Ability to adapt to a continually changing business environment while managing multiple priorities Professional demeanor and able to consistently meet customer service quality standards, especially in problem resolution situations ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification preferred and Previous experience in MSP is highly regarded Very Good Communication Skills Duration: Permanent / 6Monthsand possible extensio...
