Responsibilities
- Build and deliver qualified candidate slates for in-scope GTM requisitions
- Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage
- Coordinate directly with hiring managers on role requirements and feedback
- Provide periodic progress updates against agreed milestones
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Proactively flag material risks or delays in the hiring process
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM or sales functions
- Proven track record of running searches independently with minimal oversight
