Job Description
The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling the full range of John Crane products and services directly to existing clients and self-generated prospects, while proactive seek for additional new customers aiming to minimize exposure and diversify portfolio, contributing to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Manage and develop Tier-1 & Tier 2 customers in Caspian and Central Asia regions in line with Business Plan and financial KPI’s.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Provide technical support and sell value added solutions to key customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Target retrofits and upgrades with special focus in Energy transition projects.
