Position Summary

The Senior Recruiter focuses on effectively executing the interviewing/hiring process for shipboard positions, to include but not limited to, supervisory and management roles and hard to fill positions. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing recruitment effectiveness, pipeline and sourcing campaigns, and providing consultation to leadership regarding the labor market relative to their respective business unit. In collaboration with operational colleagues, the Sr. Recruiter effectively uses resources to attract, identify, screen, and hire the best talent globally in the most efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive the hiring process for assigned roles, working closely with hiring manager, HRBP and internal teams to determine competencies needed for each role, manage the hiring process, escalating any roadblocks along the way.
