Our Senior Recruiter is accountable for:
Owning full-cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients across multiple business lines, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring process end-to-end
Leading high-volume recruiting efforts, particularly across Manufacturing and Production roles, while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
