Position Title
Sr. Proposal Manager
Job Description
The Sr. Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading development, production, and formal submission of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and other required content such as Market Sounding responses and Expressions of Interests (EOIs) for major project pursuits identified by Aecon’s executive team.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day management and oversight of Aecon’s formal submissions in response to RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and Market Soundings
- Lead major proposal pursuits where Aecon is the lead partner in a joint venture (JV) partnership
- Provide direct leadership to Proposal Managers and Coordinators, including coaching and skill development
