We are currently hiring for a Senior level Sales/Project Manager for their branch in Los Angeles, CA We are seeking a Sr. Project manager with 8+ years experience in commercial building envelope restoration, waterproofing and masonry/concrete repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform takeoffs (from blueprints and existing structures), develop estimates, write client proposals, administer contracts, develop project schedules and costing, supervise projects, and ensure quality control
