A. Brief Description of Work
One (1) Project Manager contractor will be assigned to the Office of Technology Partnerships (OTP) and work closely with that office to gather requirements and interface with the Telecommunications Department to produce a final project plan to deliver infrastructure changes that will cost the State of Michigan and local units of government less than the current design. These solutions will be investigated by the Solution Engineer assigned to Telecommunications for technical feasibility, security requirements, and costs to deliver prior to being added to the project plan. The Project Manager will be responsible for plan development including work plan, resources, timelines, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
