Job Description

Lead the management and execution of key capital projects, overseeing all phases from scope development to commissioning and financial monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of selected key capital projects in the $50k to $5++M range
• Prepare scope of work documents including design basis, major equipment specifications, and control requirements
• Work with outside consultants as required to properly scope and deliver projects
• Ensure the supervision, commissioning, and start‑up of capital projects
• Monitor financial performance throughout execution to ensure budgetary performance and effective management of scope change
• Provide recurring reports on project status to key stakeholders and the Executive Team
