Job Description
Ledcor Highway Maintenance provides year-round highway maintenance services under long-term contracts to Alberta’s Transportation and Economic Corridors in the Edmonton and Grande Prairie areas. We are seeking Senior Project Managers with the leadership experience and expertise to oversee and support the delivery of critical highway maintenance projects.
This role oversees multiple highway maintenance projects with total project durations ranging from three to ten years in various locations and varying levels of complexity across multiple clients and distinct contract requirements. The typical total revenue portfolio for this role is approximately $60M per year, with individual projects values ranging from $5M to $30M per year.
The role typically oversees between three and seven direct reports and interacts closely with the operations teams to facilitate project delivery with dedicated workforces, typically ranging from 20 – 70 craft employees and associated subcontra...
