Amazon Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Operational Excellence (OpEx) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of safety performance improvement programs targeting the network's highest-opportunity sites. This role owns the operational cadence for a portfolio of enrolled sites, translating data-driven insights into site-level interventions that produce measurable, sustained injury rate reduction. The ideal candidate combines deep program management experience with analytical rigor and a bias for action in complex, cross-functional environments.
You will operate as a force multiplier for a Principal Program Manager, independently managing day-to-day program operations across a growing enrollment base while partnering with business unit leaders, data science teams, and field WHS professionals to drive execution.
