Spectra Tech is seeking technical leadership candidates who can both sell the work (identifies opportunities and leads proposals) and execute the work (serves as a Project Manager or Subject Matter Expert) within our Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Facility Operations portfolio. You will leverage your experience and network, technical expertise, and background in the nuclear fuel cycle to capture new contracts, while leading the execution of existing complex nuclear operations and regulatory compliance projects. Spectra Tech is a service provider and you will be expected to ensure product delivery in accordance with established schedules and budget. The successful candidate will grow with the company and be developed to lead their own business unit.
