Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Assembly unit.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and machine operations.
Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Implement 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Packaging Machinery Manufacturing.
